Our mission is to connect the professionals and experts between Canada and Taiwan who are involved in the science and innovation space
We’re a non-profit association registered in Canada on May 7th, 2019.
According to the Government of Canada, there are more than 200,000 people of Taiwanese descent residing in Canada and an estimated 60,000 Canadians living in Taiwan. Canada’s STRD (science and technology and research and development ) linkages with Taiwan continue to be one of the strongest and most active that Canada has elsewhere in the world.
Our mission is to facilitate the partnerships and connections of professionals and experts between Canada and Taiwan who are involved in the science and technology education and research and industrial innovation etc..
We focus on the following mission statement:
International student mentorship program
Enhance science and technology education and communication, provide international student mentorship program and to enhance the young professional exchange between Canada and Taiwan
Strong partnerships between Canada and Taiwan
Connect universities, government-led research labs, industrial private sector and other organizations in the field of research and development to build strong partnerships between Canada and Taiwan
International collaborations in technology development
Strengthen international collaborations in technology development to support industrial innovation between Canada and Taiwan
